• Newsletter subscribers: your first name and email address. This is collected and stored by our newsletter provider, beehiiv.
• Messages you send us: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
• This website: this site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect personal data when you browse it.

How we use it

• To send you the newsletter you signed up for (lawful basis: your consent).
• To reply to messages you send us (lawful basis: legitimate interests).

We never sell or rent your personal data.

Third party services

• beehiiv hosts the newsletter and processes subscriber data on our behalf. See the beehiiv privacy policy on beehiiv.com.
• Pinterest: we use the Pinterest API only to manage our own Pinterest account, for example creating and scheduling Pins on our own boards and viewing analytics for our own account. We do not collect, store or share data about other Pinterest users.

How long we keep it

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how it is used, and withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To make any other request, contact us using the details below.
